The best thing about the past, is that it is over!  If you are living in the past and expecting the future to be the same, then you need to start thinking better thoughts.  You are in control of what happens NOW and how you want your FUTURE to be.

Most of the work that I do with my clients is about transformation of states.  I believe in helping people to unlock their marvelous potential so that they can create a future in which they are happy.

The word hypnosis is derived from the Greek word 'hypnos' meaning sleep. Sometimes described as an altered state that allows the subconscious mind to become highly responsive to positive suggestion or direction. Different people experience hypnosis in different ways. Some people experience it as a light day dream like state, some a pleasant relaxation and for others, a deeper 'sleep-like' state. However you experience it, it will be just as effective.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the fusion of three areas:-

  1. Neurology     - The brain and how it works.
  2. Linguistics     - The use of language and its' effect on the brain.
  3. Programming - Replication of positive actions and goals.

NLP succeeds in brining rapid and sustainable changes and states of resource to help you excel where perhaps once you have been stuck or constrained in some way.

Athletes talk about being in the 'zone' when they win a race.  Many top athletes are taught NLP techniques to help them achieve this. 

As with hypnotherapy, NLP is safe, effective and drug free and its' effects can last for a lifetime!
